Designed by Wingardhs, The Nooq Malmoe - Hotel & Studios occupies a converted brick industrial building that reflects local maritime history. The 47 m² loft studios and 15 m² twin studios each include a kitchenette with induction cooker, microwave, and dishwasher. Select units feature a sleeping loft accessed by a staircase, and all rooms offer blackout curtains and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast.

Amenities and Entertainment

Guests have complimentary access to a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, located in the basement. The communal lounge includes a pool table and table tennis for recreational use. Each room is equipped with a TV supporting Chromecast, and bicycle rental is available from the property.

Dining and Breakfast

A continental buffet breakfast is served daily, offering juice, fresh pastries, cheese, and fruits. Vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request. The property also provides a coffee machine and kettle in each room, though coffee filters are not supplied.
